Joe has over 40 years of experience in architecture, historic restoration, and preservation. He attended and received his degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has spent his career dedicating himself to his clients and community. -
Robert Smith, AIA, NCARB - Vice President
Rob has more than 20 years of experience working on diverse projects in both the private and public sector. Rob Smith earned his Bachelors of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College. As Vice President of the firm, Rob has been instrumental in forming the firm’s structure and culture.

Patrick Grime - Vice President
Patrick earned both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Beginning his career with JM Booth & Associates as an intern, Patrick has grown into a key member of the firm’s leadership team and now serves as Vice President. In this role, he provides project leadership and oversight, managing project coordination from initial development through completion. Patrick is has a detail-oriented approach to each project to ensure that work remains on schedule, well-coordinated, and responsive to client needs. -
Mike Porto - Project Manager
Mike received his Bachelor of Architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology. With experience working at three diverse architect firms, he brings strong proficiencies in architectural computer drafting and project coordination. Mike has a natural eye for detail and brings a thoughtful approach to projects large and small.

Shawn Canuel - Project Manager
Shawn earned both his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Since joining JM Booth & Associates, he has contributed to a diverse range of architectural projects. Shawn brings strong digital drafting and graphic skills to the firm, along with an analytical and detail-oriented approach that supports the development of thoughtful, practical design solutions. -
Molly Conner - Business Manager
Molly Conner received her degree from the University of Massachusetts. Molly oversees all business and human resources operations at JMBA+ Architects. In addition to general office management, Molly's responsibilities also include bookkeeping, marketing, payroll, insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and human resource management.
